REPPIN' SEATTLE AMONGST THE LEAGUE'S BEST

Jewell Loyd and Breanna Stewart are off to red-hot starts this season - which is probably an understatement. The duo is accounting for over 49 percent of the team's offense, and the Storm currently ranks second in the WNBA in scoring (90.0 PPG) behind only Connecticut (96.3 PPG). Loyd is second in the league with 23 points per contest, while Stewart averages 21.4 points per game and 9.2 rebounds per affair.

IT'S BEEN AWHILE…

Tonight, the Seattle Storm seeks a 5-1 start for the first time since the 2010 and 2008 seasons. The franchise hasn't won five straight games since the 2012 campaign, when Seattle started 1-7 before racking up five wins in a row between June 15-June 26.

Just four games into the season, Sue Bird has already been breaking more records left in right, as she continues to cement herself as a WNBA all-time great. This season, she has moved past Becky Hammon on No. 8 on the WNBA’s all-time scoring list, now with 5,850 points for her career. She rose to No. 7 on the WNBA’s all-time steals list at 620, passed Swin Cash on the WNBA all-time games played list at 480 games and hit her 800th career three-pointer against the Las Vegas Aces.
